Errybody needs to go check out 'My Fitness Pal' in Google store it is an amazing app that by scanning the Barcode on the foods you eat each day to it applies those to your profile and then subtracts calories for each physical activity you do which you can then link the app SworkIt which contains workouts of all sorts for all body parts that translates over to my MyFitnessPal to tell total calories burned so input vs output and then applies them to ur charted goals to see if you on pace or not and what specifically you need to change.  Great Apps!
